New Hygiene CE Track – Our mission is helping All Dental Professionals Succeed, and to that end, in addition to our CE for dentists and popular Dental Team Track, this year we have added a Dental Hygiene Track, with CE sessions on Friday morning and afternoon! See courses.

Awards Dinner & SNL (Saturday Night Luau) Party – We’re throwing a summer party and you’re on the guest list! All registrants are invited to enjoy a delicious dinner, celebrate some awesome member achievements, and later enjoy some live music and dance the night away with The Dave Baker Band. See details.

Special Incentives

Member Incentive for Dental Team Registrations Member Dentists! Register your dental team to attend Connect4Success and get a chance to have your registration fees refunded! Any office that registers at least one dental team member will be eligible for a drawing to have their dental team registration fees refunded (up to $1,000).

Dental Team Member Registration Incentive – All dental team members who are registered will be eligible for a drawing for $100 Amazon Gift Card (minimum 5 gift cards given out). The more dental team registrations, the more gift cards we will give away!

If you have questions about Connect4Success email Mandy Lewis or call the MDA office.

  • There are two ways to register for Connect4Success: Online registration or download the fillable PDF form, complete and return to the MDA. Advance registration closes (online or PDF) Sunday, June 13.
    • The online registration will allow you to add multiple registrants, guests and children, and pay at the end.
    • If completing the PDF form, there should be one registration per person, except Guest/Child information. In this case, you may register your guest/child(ren) on the same form if they are participating in free events and/or purchasing a Guest Meal Only Option.
    • If your guest is attending CE courses, they must complete a separate registration form. There is no registration fee for guests/child(ren), but there is a fee for the Guest Meal Only Option (see below, under Special Events & Meals). 
  • Fees and Cancellations: A $50 cancellation fee per registration will be charged through June 13; no refunds after this date (request for a refund/cancellation must be emailed to Mandy Lewis). All onsite registrations at Margaritaville Lake Resort are an additional $25 fee.
  • Some CE has limited availability! Please note this when registering!
    • Veneer Workshop: The Essence of Smile Design (Hands-On Workshop) has a max attendance of 35 attendees. There is an additional $75 Fee for this hands-on course.
    • Vendor CE options (Breakfast Club and Lunch Bunch) are free, but have limited capacity; you must register to attend.

About Special Events & Meals

  • Registration fees for dentists and dental team member include all courses, meals and most events.
  • The Salt & Lime Reception is free to all registrants (guests and children), but we do ask you to indicate if you/guest/children will be attending or not to assist the MDA in planning.
  • The New Dentist Hangout is free to adult registrants and a guest BUT the primary (dentist) registrant must have graduated from dental school 10 years ago or fewer.
  • New this year, we’re throwing a summer Awards Dinner & SNL (Saturday Night Luau) Party and all registrants are invited! Various dinner and party ticket options are available depending on your registrant type and what you'd like to attend.
  • Guest Meal Only Option is available to purchase for adults and children who do not register to attend CE but do attend the meeting as a guest. This meal option includes 2 receptions (plus drink tickets), 2 Breakfasts, 1Lunch and All Breaks. Adults $65, Children (ages 9-18) $30, 8 and under FREE.

Margaritaville Lake Resort is located at 494 Tan Tar A Drive, Osage Beach MO 65065 (off State Road KK).

Guest rooms available have two beds and most have a patio or balcony. Room amenities include flat screen cable HDTV, refrigerator, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee maker, hairdryer, alarm clock radio. Room rate is $204 plus tax, per night. Other room types and sizes may be available; inquire with the resort directly. Check in 4pm, check out 11am. Extend your stay and the special group rate will apply two days before and after the official meeting dates, based on availability

A resort fee of $10 per room, per night is automatically added to each guest room account and includes the following resort services: In-room wireless high-speed internet, coffee service/refrigerator in room, shuttle service to and from The Oaks golf course, discounts for the Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark and Tropic Island Cruise, and the use of Fins Up!
