New login process and payment options.
All members can now go online to renew their 2025 membership. Forthcoming, members will receive transactional emails from the membership system to be alerted about renewal (the emails will cease once membership is renewed and paid in full or installments). The MDA will send a paper statement that should arrive in your mailbox around November 15.

If you renew your membership online, you will do so through a new membership system with a new login process. You will no longer use your ADA number, but instead a unique email address. When you access the login portal the login portal for the first time, you must reset your password by clicking “forgot password”. From this page there are FAQs if you need assistance logging in or contact the ADA Member Service Center at 800-621-8099.

Once logged in, you will see many new options on your Membership dashboard: update your addresses, renew your membership (look for My Renewal Notices), manage donations, view/add CE credits and much more.

When renewing the same payment plans are available, including installment plans (2, 4, 6 or 8) and auto renew to easily renew your membership annually (just like a gym membership – monthly or one-time payment). One change for the 2025 dues year only is in available payment methods: payments can only be by check or credit card, not ACH, an option we expect to have back in 2026. If you have questions about membership or renewing, contact Stacey.
